Shopaholic

 The love of shoes and the need to peruse shoe shops - she gets from me. The shape of her feet and the look, that she gets from her Daddy's side of the family. She is delighted to have big enough feet now that she can shop in a regular store. These black wedges cost R110 from our local Chinese Store - she insisted they fit while she walked around the shop so I paid for them, then when she walked towards the car - Oh my hat. She walked like Daisy Duck in an effort to keep them on. Thankfully her feet are growing quickly so they did fit within a matter of weeks.

Happy St Patrick's Day

My hubby's family is from the North of Ireland so when I saw this idea on pinterest and knew that it was something I could do, especially as it fell on a Saturday this year.

 The glass basket was one I bought at an antique shop in Pennsylvania 

when we were there at the end of the year. 

I think I may just be getting the hang of photographing food as well.

Food, like flowers, doesn't move, moan or hide it's face when faced by  the camera!
