Wanna bet?

There has never been a better time to join Debbie Hodge's Masterful Scrapbook Design. As we celebrate the site's growth through six amazing years it just gets better and better.

Debbie has recently created and uploaded a templates and sketches area free to members.
I played with this template designed by Amy Kingsford, based on a layout created by Doris Sander in the Blocks and Grids Design lesson of August 2013. I really feel that this is one further step in me finding my groove after having taken the Style is Leverage class.

I have realized that I like grids and blocks, I like using templates as a part of my process. I prefer using just one kit because keeping track to credit isn't fun for me. I love making fun titles and see them as a hook (or newspaper headline) to grab people's attention into the layout so they will read my journaling.

Supplies: Template by Amy Kingsford, Kit is Little Boy and Little Tomboy mini by Kristen Aargard, brown strip stitching by Chelle's creations, Patty Knox Absolutely acrylic alpha, coffee or tea alpha by Lliella Designs.
